In short: not happy? Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you get your money back. No questions asked.

If LumaFold isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't have to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Our orders are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used, or reply to your Paddle receipt email, or
- email us at hello@lumafold.app with your order number and we'll arrange it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
After a refund
Once you're refunded, your licence is cancelled. Please uninstall LumaFold.
After 14 days
We don't normally refund after 14 days. If something is wrong, email us anyway and we'll help.
