Terms of Service
In short: you pay once and get lifetime access, including updates. Use LumaFold on your own computers and don't share your licence. Paddle handles the payment.
1. Who we are
LumaFold is made and sold by Thomas Kuipers Photography, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 73893609, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can reach us at hello@lumafold.app.
2. Buying through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
3. Your licence
- The price is a one-time payment of €49.99, shown including any VAT that applies to you at checkout.
- You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use LumaFold on computers that you own or use.
- Lifetime access means you can keep using the version you bought for as long as you like, and you receive future updates for as long as LumaFold is developed.
- You may not resell, share or publish your licence or download link, or try to bypass licence checks.
4. Your photos
LumaFold runs on your computer. Your photos are not uploaded to us. You keep all rights to your photos and anything you create with LumaFold.
5. Using LumaFold responsibly
LumaFold can move, rename and organise files. It suggests and you decide. Always keep a backup of your photos. We are not responsible for files you choose to delete or move.
6. Warranty and liability
We work hard to make LumaFold reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
7. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to your local court.
